General Rules
- Speed limit in the park is always “WHEELS BARELY TURNING” (10 mph)
- No wood fires are allowed in the BBQ grills or on the ground. Fire tubs are available upon request.
- Please observe the “ONE WAY” signs.
- ABSOLUTELY NO ATV’s or scooters are allowed to be driven in the park.
- No clotheslines or outside storage is allowed. Clothes dryers are available in the laundry room.
- Feel free to let the kids fish in our ponds. No license is necessary. These are “catch and release” ponds.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome with the exception of aggressive breeds or mixes of aggressive breeds. We require that dogs be kept on a leash at all times except when inside the “off-leash” run. No dog is to be left outside unattended at anytime.
- Doggie Potty bags have been provided. In order to keep out park clean, please clean up after your pet and dispose of it in the containers provided.
- The dumpster is located near the exit. Please bag all trash.
- Do not park or drive on the grass at any time.
- Loud and unnecessary noise, including fireworks, is never allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM.
Swimming pool area rules
Due to liability insurance concerns and Oklahoma State Health Department regulations, the following rules will be strictly enforced.
- This pool has been classified as “Semi-Private” and no lifeguard is present. Swim at your own risk.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Resort owners and staff are not responsible for accidents or injury.
- All children 14 years of age or younger MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WHO CAN SWIM.
- Anyone who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult who can.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- No street clothes (especially cut-offs) are allowed in the pool.
- Do not throw coins, rocks or other items into the pool. Dive toys are provided.
- No glass is allowed inside the pool area.
- Do not play with the pool equipment.
- Do not touch or hang on the drain cover or put hands into the scupper area.
- No skateboards, bikes, strollers or roller skates are allowed in the pool area. PLEASE!
- No running, pushing, rowdiness or diving into the pool at any time.
